If that was the code that was used, then this feat was always bugged, but now, Hero Lab is properly detecting that bug.

P.S. In the Develop menu, see if Enable Data File Debugging is turned on. I think this is the sort of error that wouldn't be reported if debugging is not turned on.
That is the issue. For those needing help follow these instructions:

1) Start HL.
2) Tools->Show Editor.
3) Open the file "Forgotten Realms - Races of Faerun.user".
4) General->Feat tab and look for "Southern Magician" and click on it.
5) Click on "Eval Scripts" and correct the #levelcount[Inquisitor] to be #levelcount[Inquisito].
6) Save. Save file.
7) Restart.

Enable File Debugging was not the issue.

I fixed it and here's how:
(1) I deleted all third party updates in Tools, Manage Third Party Updates
(2) I reinstalled the RavenX Forgotten Realms third-party update
(3) I deleted that third-party update
(4) Now I had no errors but I wanted to (a) get my own Greyhawk user file back in action; and (b) do the same as to the Pathfinder GM Pack, Pathfinder Campaign Pack, and Pathfinder 3PP packs
(5) When I reinstalled those, however, that caused errors I hadn't seen in a while to reappear:

Thing 'rMnDw' - Bootstrap thing 'stDwaMul' does not exist
Thing 'rSFWSSol' - Bootstrap thing 'stPUHalfCo' does not exist
Thing 'rSFWSSol' - Bootstrap thing 'raDarkV30f' does not exist

I had posted about those a while back, see

http://forums.wolflair.com/showthrea...ighlight=rMnDw

(3) Remembering that how I fixed those back in June of last year was tied to the RavenX Dark Sun third party data source, I reinstalled that third party source.

(4) That eliminated the three errors noted closest above but regenerated a new error. That error was the subject of the same string I'd created in 2015, but that error first cropped up in October 2015:

Dark Sun Campaign Setting.user (line 852) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('fConcFire')

(5) So then I applied the same fix I'd figured out back in October, namely going to that user file, finding fConcFire with WordPad, and changing fConcFire to fConcFire2

(6) Then everything was fixed.

Hoping maybe the interfaces of the official files with the ShadowChemosh and RavenX files can get fixed in a way that won't cause these kinds of things to recur but I know both of those guys are busy and must get lots of requests. Just glad it's fixed at this point.

There is no current issue with the community Packs. The issues currently are being caused by the campaign settings from Forgotten Realms and Darksun.

Above is how to fix the FR issue. I don't have time to look into the Darksun one.

Please remember once HL gets ANY issue on load it falls into Safe Mode and will not load ANY addon. So any problem in a .user file prevents the community Packs from loading.

I decided to make a new wizard to play with the new spellbook features. I'm a little confused on how they're meant to interact. Made a level 5 wizard, put his free spells into the free spell section of the class interface.

Added his free spellbook to his inventory. It was blank. So I added all his spells to it to get the page count & value to be accurate. Now all of his spells are doubled in the class tab interface.

Right now, spellbooks are only intended for use with spells that other people wrote down into the book - i.e. if you find an enemy wizard's spellbook, and want to keep track of which spells you've deciphered from it. Spells in your own spellbook should still be entered on your class's spellbook form.

We're planning to allow all of a character's spells to be managed via "gear spellbooks" in a future release - we didn't have enough time to get it polished enough to include in this update, unfortunately.

No one can bookmark a webpage that is located on your personal computer.

The URL you posted is:
Code:
file:///C:/ProgramData/Hero%20Lab/data/pathfinder/faq.htm#Entry10
That is your computers "C" drive.

Remember you can always see release notes by starting HL, then Pathfinder and going to "Help->Pathfinder Roleplaying Game FAQ". This shows you EVERY single release note.

This works for any game system in HL.
