Cool, thanks!

Started from the Community files of course! What I did was create a "Bestiary" Folder with all the new creatures from the module for reference, created a Random Encounters table and pulled in all the various creatures from those 3 tables from the stock library (so you would need the appropriate Bestiary 1-4 licenses).

Also I'm pulling each creature (once) for each level and putting them in another portfolio for each level. The reason is I like to open one portfolio for the current level for reference and I don't need the 4 Goblins or 6 Zombie copies. I track the actual combat in MapTool. SO the "All - Unique List" is just 1 copy of each type of creature for that level, pulled from the community files.

I plan on creating a couple of Hellknights and main characters as well for Fort Inevitable.

Sweet! Any chance you can share when done? I have wanted to get all the modules/AP move to the Encounter format but have not had time. If you want to email it to me you can do so with at my forum name at yahoo dot com.

Ya, not a problem. I can send a share link via Google Drive when done, currently it's around 20mb.

I was debating how far to take the Echo Woods encounters.

There are about 7 "Bandits" or "Hunters" etc special encounters which each is something like "2-5 1rst-2nd level warriors and a leader who is either 3rd-4th lvl Rogue (50%) or 4th lvl Fighter (50%)"

Which adds a lot of variations and would have to include 20+ additional NPC's for those encounters. Should I add them or skip em?

OK, I sent the files! 26mb each, hopefully Yahoo lets em through.

I sent my folder directories used zipped up in case you have to make changes. Otherwise, the .hl is created (with new Thumbnail! weee).
