Applying a modifier to a specific attribute skills

The title asks the question!

I'm aware of the skillover tag to assign a different attribute linked to a skill but is there a code to assign a penalty to all skills that utilise a certain attribute?

For example apply a -4 penalty to all Charisma based skills.

Or would I have to code each modifier separately?

Thanks. I did a search for this but turned up nothing.

I think myself and Frumple are working on the same data from Council of Thieves. We've both asked the same questions regarding certain abilities from the final part of CoT.
