I keep getting the following error:
The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors. The following errors occurred: File: PFRPG_PlayerPack_Sources.1st (line 21) - Source - Duplicate record encountered ('srcHideDei') |

Sorry after awhile it's funny cause I have a warning every where to not do that. Oh well this goes away in days when the new Packs come out. It's one of the reasons for the big changes.
So you need to delete/uninstall (Tools->Manage Third Party Updates) both the CB and the CPP. Then install the CB only. Then you will need to install the Pathfinder Basic Pack again also. You should be all good then. This should all be a thing of the past soon. It falls into Beast Shape which is polymorph and that is not officially supported. I built a while new component set to support it. It works really nice and its super easy to add new animals to.
Elemental and Plant shape are coming in the future. Understood, thanks. As a Core ability of a Class this should be supported by HeroLabs without user Support.
