When printing a Pathfinder portfolio, I have the option to print the character sheet or the Abilities and Gear Description Appendix, or the spell summaries.

When printing a Mutants and Masterminds 3 portfolio, I have the option to print the character sheet or the powers, advantages and weapons appendix or the journal contents.

It would be nice if instead of "or", I could do "and". Is it possible to change these options from radio buttons to check boxes? So if I wanted to, I could print a Pathfinder character sheet AND abilities AND spell summaries in one go?

Or an MM3 character sheet AND powers/advantages/weapons AND journal contents in one go?

I agree whole heartily with this. I am having to print multiple PDF's then use Acrobat Pro to 'stitch' them all together. In my opinion, this should be a check box item similar to how Army Builder allows you to choose what to print.

If you use a third party PDF Printer like Primo PDF then you print the first time to make your new file (ie Character.pdf). Then each time afterwards you could select the same file (Character.pdf) and Primo PDF will "append" to the PDF.

Just another option...

I understand I could do that, but that still requires changing the Dossier multiple times and printing multiple times from within the application. It's a feature request I think that would provide ease of use improvements. I don't think there's much involved either.

The issue isn't the number of PDFs. The issue is the number of portfolios I'm managing, and the number of times I have to go to File > Print.

I am not "misunderstanding" the issue. I am giving a partial solution and information. I understand its not perfect but it "works".

Most people don't know about the ability to "append" pdf files together without the need of Full Adobe.

I am not fighting against the idea that this would be a nice option.

I've got Phantom PDF. Business edition or something like that. I make good use of it in not only for combining PDFs but for rearranging pages for double-sided printing so the order of pages makes organizational sense. :-)

Also Primo PDF isn't a solution for us Mac users.

If you use an obsolete OS my suggestion is to upgrade to a real OS first! I am joking of course.

But come on their is not a FREE version of a tool for like PrimoPDF for Macs? Really? So a quick google search shows Mac OS X even has this ability built in as part of the OS.

And if not here is a PDFWriter that is available for Macs.

Its ok... Google is your friend!
