I downloaded the new communty update and now I get the these errors

See THIS post. I have no reason why this is fails for some people. Are you also running Windows 7? Make sure Hero Lab is not running and go to "C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\download" and run "CommunityBestiary_v2.16.hl" again manually. That seems to fix the issue. Thanks Tim reupdating the CommunityBestiary_v2.16.hl" fixed the problem.
