Issue loading anything in Pathfinder

When I load Pathfinder from Hero Lab, I get the following error:

The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

The following errors occurred:

Silent thing references abandoned thing 'pMPClDmMdf' that now exists
Silent thing references abandoned thing 'pMPFamKick' that now exists
Hidden - Reference to non-existent thing 'trHeirWAoO'
Hidden - Reference to non-existent thing 'trHeirWMan'
Hidden - Reference to non-existent thing 'trHeirWeap'

Then, when it loads all the way, I have no custom content.

I'm not sure what to do from here.
