I get the following warning when I open one of my characters (may happen with some others, haven't tested them all):

Critical information not found in data files: Source 'PFS Boons (as Vanities)'
Critical information not found in data files: Source 'ShadowChemosh's Adjustments'
Critical information not found in data files: Source 'ShadowChemosh's Feats'

I just did a clean install of HL and the Basic Pack, but it doesn't seem to have all the adjustments that used to be part of the ShadowChemosh adjustment pack, and I don't see any of the PFS stuff (like the race boons).

Any suggestions?

Are you getting an initial error when you start HL? If have then HL has gone into safe mode and won't load any of the Packs. If you are getting an error when you first starting Pathfinder then right click COPY and paste it into this thread.

Can you also go to "Tools->Manage Third Party Updates..." and see what displays here.

Lets start with the above and see if we can get you figured out.

It appears all I needed was a response from you, Shadow, to get it to behave. I'm now able to load the same character without it fussing.

Not sure why, but there were aspects of the Adjustments pack, like the PFS Race Boon, that showed up this time but did not show up when I tried it yesterday.

Anyway, thanks for the willingness to help, and for all the awesome work you do on Hero Lab, Shadow!
