Good afternoon,
I've been trying to make a Herolab character file for my damascarran class, but have been unable to figure out how to add the ability to bring spells from other class lists to their own. Is anyone willing to at least help me with the heavy lifting? |

full spell lists, or partial? full is simple, partial is a lot of work, depending on the size.

If hand picking spells from mutliple places like Wizard and Cleric with some Druid mixed in it will be a bit of busy work. It not hard just time consuming I have found. On the spell tab you make a "New (Copy)" of a spell you want like say "Burning Hands". You give it a new Unique ID like "spLIBurnHa" and then for the classes section you remove everyone except for your new class. Do that for each spell.
If you want a whole spell list one of the option is like "Make/use other class" button and you can tell HL to allow access to all those spells. Sorry not near HL so can't remember the button but its on of the "Blue Button" options on the "Class" tab in the editor. So in other words, for it's own spell list it's a pain, but if I tell it to use the 'wizard spell list for insightful discovery' Ugh. Thanks :-)
