Start HL and then your game of choice. Then go to "Help->More Documentation->Hero Lab Readme". This opens a pdf file and down a little is the 8.4c notes.

Only for the specific game system changes. The HL update was for the core binary program.

The installation also adds a Read Me file; on Windows the default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Hero Lab\docs\Readme.pdf
