Log into HL on your work laptop and go to "
License->Unlink License From this Computer".
Load HL onto your new laptop and enter your third license number and activate the software.
To be safe and not cause yourself issues I would delete the HL software off your work laptop. That will prevent you ever "accidentally" activating or transferring the license back to your work laptop.
