I think last public version is 6.1a and yes you can. If on windows go to
C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\download and look for a file called
hl61a_win_install.exe and run it. It will give some messages about installing an older version but just "
OK" through it.
Sorry don't know where this folder is on a mac but its has to be a similar place to where the "data" folder would be.
Do have to say this is strange to be happening as I ran the beta version of HL for almost a month without issues. I used the editor, made pcs, and npcs without issues. I know at least one PC was a magus spellcaster and a NPC oracle.
