The community Pack NEVER EVER EVER EVER overwrites anything. I 100% make sure of this ALL the time. Please note things like Forgotten Realms or Dark Sun do overwrite or hide official content but these are NOT part of the Community Pack.
I do NOT agree with that idea and will NEVER allow in anything that overwrites stuff. The Pack contains a few options for example in Eberron for hiding non-Eberron deities but if you don't turn that option on then everything can be seen.
If you install the Pack and turn on NO options then everything will work 100% exactly as if you do not have the Pack installed. I have worked very hard to make sure that is the case.
