Wonderous Item creation

I am trying to make a Wondrous Item like the Scabbard of Keen Edges, but it casts Lead Blades instead. I am unable to figure how to get the item to have the spell available for casting. Is this done via Eval script or what? I see on the list where it gives the option of Caster Level and charges and such, including what spell is cast. it when equiped the item does not make the spell available to be used. I have not found any demos for charged items. If there is one please direct Me
 
Scroll down and you should see an "Castable Spells" button, where you can choose lead blades and the number of times in can be used in a particular time period.

I think you also have to have "Available when equipped" checked as well.
