Wizard Valet Archetype/Alertness Feat Problem

Hi all,

This is my First post, and i have a small problem in the Herolab Pathfinder Setting. I'm playing a currently playing a Wizard with the Valet Archetype.
A Familiar grants a wizard the Alertness Feat, but the Valet Familiar's "Able Assistant (Ex)" ability replaces Alertness Feat, so I should lose it.

For some reason, Herolab is still adding the "Alertness" feat to my Perception and Sense Motive skills?

Did I forget a enable or disable a setting?
