Quick question... In the past I always had to run HeroLabs as administrator for it to work, is that still the case?
 
I believe the program was changed a few versions back to make running as an admin unnecessary now, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
 
Correct, this was fixed in HL3.7. If you've been running Hero Lab 3.7/8/9 as an administrator, you might run into some file permissions issues if you start running it normally; however, the way to fix those is usually just "delete the affected game system as administrator, then download it again".

Could that cause Licence Issues?
