Windows 7 and Hero Lab

Help. I just upgraded to Windows 7, and now can't access Hero Lab again. Tried to Activate license, and reactivate licenses with no success.
 
What exact error message are you getting? That would be very helpful to us in resolving the situation.

If Hero Lab is telling you that you can't reassign your license so soon after the last time you did it, email support@wolflair.com with your details and they'll get you sorted out.
 
Another issue could be the Windows Firewall. Make sure that you have Hero Lab listed as an authorized application to access the internet within Windows Firewall.
 
Unable to access Hero Lab once again.

the License number you specified cannot be reassigned at this time. etc. etc. etc.
