WIll this Work for IKRPG?

I was wondering if this tool would work for creating Iron Kingdoms characters and what nots for the RPG part of it all? I use Herolabs for D&D and sometimes shadowrun, so was hoping maybe the army builder would also work for regular PCs in the IKRPG world.
