Why so many missing characters between vesion 2 and 3?

If 3 is an upgrade, why would it have less features than 2?

Trying to create my dark elf list and half my list isnt even listed.

What version are you talking about? I figure you are talking about the ArmyBuilder itself. The features you mention are part of ArmyBuilder and do exist.

However, the Warhammer Fantasy data files have to be completely redone. As the Lone Wolf website states, they are not at all responsible for the data files. These files are created by voluntaries who do this for their pleasure. So it might be a better way not to complain about them. A kind request is usually quickly answered if you can submit legal links to the special character values you want to be added.
 
I've just bought Army builder 3, it's great! But like the dark elves they are missing some special characters.. for example shadowblade.
 
Alright, send me a message with your email address and what you want/need added and I'll put it in on friday and send you the updated one.
