Why is my bow UI messed up?

Hello,

I've been recently playing as a ranger in HL, and I've noticed that when I add certain feats (Point-Blank Shot and 1 Extra Attack), the display gets completely messed up.
Instead of changing the value for Point-Blank, it just stacks it on top. And there isn't enough room to display the numbers for 1 Extra Attack.

With no extra feats selected, it looks like this:

Is there any reason why this is happening? And, more to the point, can I fix it?
