SR 5th ed. Why is alternate initiative in the run and gun optional rules grayed out?

Does anyone know if this is a glitch in my program or if there's a reason the run and gun alternative initiative rule is grayed out and unselectable when the other optional rules are selectable?
 
Just to double-check, you've seen the "Future Plans" entry in the FAQ (help menu...Shadowrun 5 FAQ), right? Alternate Initiative is listed there among the parts of Run & Gun that still need to be finished.

The reason is that because re-working the way the tactical console handles initiative to make this fundamental a change will take a lot of work, and the level of interest in this system seems very low compared to the interest in Chrome Flesh, Data Trails, and the rest of Run Faster, so this has not been a priority project, and we've been spending our time on the more requested things for Shadowrun 5 that aren't complete yet.
 
:o oops no I hadn't checked that I just assumed anything showing up was meant to be working as opposed to say life modules as an alternate creation method that doesn't show up at all. I'll check there first next time something shows up grayed out thanks.
