Why don't Special Characters list?

I just came on board and bought Army Builder, only to be frustrated, as I could not find, nor could I add Skarsnik and/or Grimgore Ironhide to my army list? Yet the program told me that I needed to do so.

This was using the Warhammer Fantasy Version 8 upload. Version 6 had the "Characters" I was looking for … Version 8 does not … ? Can anyone help with this?

When creating a new army, when the create new army window pops up make sure that under the Choose Rules box at the bottom FORBID SPECIAL CHARACTERS is unchecked.
