Why can't I use a custom spell?

Hello. Very newbie here. Please be gentle. :)

I've used the Hero Labs Editor. Under the "Spells" tab, I've created 4 spells for my character to use. My character is a Sorcerer. I've set the Source to "User Content", and selected "Sorcerer, Wizard and Druid" in Classes/Domains. I've set other settings such as duration, range, etc.

When I click "Test Now!" it says that it can now be used in Hero Labs, but I cannot see it in my available spell list for my character. I cannot see it to select it. I've restarted Hero Labs jut to be sure, and it is still not there.

What else do I need to do to get it to show in the list to allow me to select it? What am I missing?

Don't use "User Content" itself as your source - create a new source as a child of "User Content".

Then, re-open the configure hero menu (ctrl-k), and make sure that source is checked.

("User Content" is marked as a "parent" source, so it's always greyed out can't be checked by itself - you have to add child sources to it - things that you can check.)
