Which license to buy add-ons?

I have a secondary license on another computer. When I buy an add-on can I buy it from the computer with the secondary license or do I need to purchase from the computer with the primary license? I've searched the forum but I couldn't find that this question has been asked.

It doesn't matter which PC you buy it from. Just as long as you run "Re-activate licence" on each PC after your purchase.
