Are you trying to find it within the editor, or among the spells for a specific class?

The error message you're describing, that it's not copyable, is one you should only be getting in the editor. If you can see that error, it means you already own the correct package to get that spell. Like all content that's available as an extra purchase, you can't make a direct copy of it in the editor. If you want to make a variant of that thing, you'll need to use "New (Copy)" to create a copy (you won't be allowed to save that copy), then manually copy its settings to something you created with "New (Blank)"

If your problem is that you can't find it for a specific character, could you be more specific about things like classes & levels, any domains/feats/schools/bloodlines/etc. that are supposed to be adding this spell, and anything else you can think of that might affect the spell lists for this character?
