WHFB - Forest Goblin spider Rider Champ

Hi John,

Just noticed that selecting a champion for the forest goblin spider
riders fails to give the champ a giant spider. I have corrected this
pending an official update by adding oggtspid at cost in the options
link and only:oggtspid in the local attributes field. Don't suppose
there is much demand for spider rider regiments and champs :) Only
taking one myself for the +50 composition score it gives in a local
tourney.
