WHFB Data file

Hi all,
I just purchased (Monday, Nov. 1) ABv3.1c in the hopes of using it to build a VC army. I have been trying to download the WHFB data file, but Firefox tells me that the web page I have been directed cannot be found. I have been trying to get the data file by using the "View Updates" button in Army Builder and then downloading them in Army Builder. I get an error and Army Builder tells me to "Go To the File" directly. That is when Firefox tells me the page cannot be found. Has the file been moved? Or do I have a different problem? Thank you for any help.
