Where is the Skeleton System?

Maybe I'm just daft, but where do I find the files to edit the sample system?:confused: I've found where the profiles are and I've found the folder with kit in it which basically has a link to the wiki, and I see that there is a great wealth of information on how to modify the files that I've yet to actually find.
 
Develop -> Create new Game System, enter data including folder name and it will be in the Hero Lab data folder inside the folder you named.
