Where are the Warjacks/Warbeasts in the data file?

I just bought AB3.1 and downloaded the data files for Warmachine and Hordes. Regardless of faction, the warjacks and warbeasts are absent from the list of available units. I've reset the filters, restarted the software and tried everything I can think of, but still no luck. Does anyone have an idea what's up?
 
When you Open Army Builder, there's a column on the right of the screen titled "Unit Options." Once you've chosen a warlock or warcaster, a button'll pop up labeled "Add Warbeast."
