where are the rhinox riders? (silly question?)

Sorry if this question has a strikingly obvious answer, but I just downloaded AB3.1 and updated the necessary files after activating my license. However, I can't seem to find, open, or activate the rhinox riders in the OK army list. Anything special I need to do to get them to show up?

Click on the clipboard icon when choosing your army. Select "Special rules", then check "Allow Forge World".
