When I try to install ipad versionI get "ix.applicationnotcompatible.warningtable"

When I try to install the iPad version I get the following message "ix.applicationNotCompatible.warningTable"
I have an iPad 2nd gen running IOS 6.1.3. Anyone have any clues how to fix this?
I have attached a photo.

Wow, that's a weird one. I'm afraid we can't help you with that - all we do is tell the app "You required iOS 6.1" and that's it. I think you'll have to contact Apple support to get this one resolved. You could try restarting your iPad first, that might get things working for you?

I got it to work thanks. I was actually at ver 6.0.3 and I updated to 6.1.3 everything is working great!
 
You know, when I saw the message "ix.applicationnotcompatible.warningtable", I can't believe that I didn't immediately know it meant "You need to update your version of iOS". Should have been obvious! ;)
