What do you get access to when subbing?

With the subscription system, what do you get access to? Just base Pathfinder or other content as well? Is there a difference in subscription level along these lines as well?
 
The subscription lets you use Hero Lab Online to build and level characters. Access to content is purchased separately, just like desktop Hero Lab. Buying a game system (in PF1's case, the Core Rulebook) also gives you 6 months of access time.

There's also a higher level of subscription that lets a GM share their content with their players.
