The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

I would guess that you downloaded two incompatible sets of community files, and the overlap is the source of your errors. I would say uninstall one or more of the community packs so that you have only one copy of each thing.
 
My take is that the HL Installer didn't correctly delete/move all the files from the old SGG Community Package to the new "Pathfinder 3PP Pack". My advice is to download the "Pathfinder 3PP Pack" again and let it install itself.

See if that works. If it does not please go to "Tools->Manage Third Party Updates" and tell me what you see there.

I tried download the update again and this is what I got

So the good news is it did install correctly this time. The bad news is your missing the minimum official licenses to load. :( To have this load you will be required to have official licenses for: Advanced Players Guide, Ultimate Magic, and Ultimate Combat.

I mentioned the three options you have in THIS post but will paste them here also:

Sorry you have three choices.
1) Buy those official packages from LW.
2) Uninstall the 3PP Pack ("Tools->Manage Third Party Updates").
3) Uncouple the 3PP Pack from requiring those official packages. You could find the files using the official Things (the ID is given above in the errors) and delete the Things or Files using them.

As mentioned too many Things in the 3PP books pull feats, spells, archetypes, classes, and other stuff from those paizo books that they are needed now to load. :(
