What comes with the Pathfinder package?

If I was to buy Hero Lab and chose Pathfinder as I core package I want what books come with it? Do I get all of the "core packages"? (Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate whatevers, Race Guide)

Or is it just the core rulebook that is included?
