Weirdness with the Added Abilities and Domains

So If I add Deity's Domain or the Domain Initiate feat to a character through the Added Abilities list it adds the feat as a racial ability and doesn't let me actually choose a domain but the validation report still yells at me that I haven't chosen a domain

So before anyone says it I already submitted a bug report so please don't just tell me to do that. I am more interested if this is happening to other people or if I'm just dumb and missed something
