Weight of gear not adding correctly

I’m looking at weapons, armor and gear and it only adds up to 35, yet it says I’m over 44. How can I find out where the extra 9 lbs is coming from? Thank you

How much money do you have?

I usually turn off the coin weight on the character as it can be assumed that the character will have letters of credit when possible, or some other way to mitigate the weight of wealth.

The money weight is clearly displayed, and it does not account for the difference.

Doesn't HL automatically adds 5 lb for "clothes" as suggested in the CRB? It doesn't explain the full 9 lb but it's a start.

And I miscalculated. There is 4.5 lbs I can’t account for.

I figured it out. It’s sling bullets. I thought they weight .5 lbs for 10, but they weigh 5 lbs for 10.

where do you turn this off?

In the configure hero window, in the list of sources, near the bottom there is a section for "Optional Rules", check the box for "No Encumbrance" in that section.
