Weight and encumbrance, Pathfinder Society specific

Hi there. First time poster here, directed this way by Paizo Forum user Lone Wolf Rob.

I'm considering purchasing Hero Lab--it comes highly recommended by several locals I play Pathfinder Society games with.

Since I do play almost exclusively PFS, though, I want to confirm some things about weight and encumbrance, where those rules are strictly enforced.

First of all, I note in another thread here that the "free" set of clothing currently isn't weighed/counted? There's no rule in Pathfinder stating that the first set of clothing is weightless, it's merely costless. Are there plans to correct this bug?

Second, can anyone confirm that the "3/4 rule" for Small characters that changes the ranges of load weights listed on Table 7-4 Carrying Capacity in the Core Rulebook is taken into account when the program calculates encumbrance?

Third, related to the first, do Small characters automatically purchase and use appropriately sized (and thus lighter) arms, armor, and equipment as it is listed in the Core Rulebook and in Ultimate Equipment?

BTW, Hero Lab is free to download as a demo, if you wanted to verify anything else before you purchase it. The only things you won't be able to do in demo mode are saving and printing (although you can see the print preview).

And thank you again. I'd considered that, but I know myself, and know that as soon as I download the demo, there goes $150 (I know I'll want everything except the Bestiary packages) that I shouldn't spend until at least after Christmas!
