weapon master handbook : creating your own weapon.

How you can create your own weapon like in WMH in Hero labs. I got the package and see them in my HL but i dont no how its work for creating my weapon.
 
You would have to create the weapon in it's final form in the editor. We did not add the "build your own weapon" system.
 
It is possible, certainly, but the system is a large enough chunk of work that we have to weigh it against other projects and see what our time is best spent on. I will say it's probably unlikely that we'll swing back to this unless A) it gets picked up in another book, like a hardcover or B) there is sufficient demand from our customers that it becomes a priority.
