weapon damage die adustment doesn't work?

i selected the weapon and it does not lower the damage die:

set to -2: alkahest bomb from d8 to d4 and it's unchanged. anything else i need to set?

Bombs are special. Use the "Ability Value Modification" Adjustment, select Ability Value 3, and then select Bomb
