"We Be Goblins!" Encounter Library

I am attempting to run We Be Goblins!, but it seems the encounter library wants me to purchase it. It returns the "sorry, you don't have access to..." message.

This would be fine, however We Be Goblins! doesn't seem to be listed as an available module for purchase on: https://www.lonewolfdevel.com/Products/Hero-Lab-Hybrid

Is there a way to fix this bug? Also, hopefully the module that does exist has all of the enemies as well as the prebuilt characters?

It loads fine for me. I did activate "We be Goblins" in Hero Settings first, but I could still load it when I turned that off.
It does look like you need to have the Bestiary as a package too - since the encounter creatures are mostly monsters from that source. It does not include the prebuilt PC's, only opponents and NPC's.
As long as you have the Bestiary, you should be able to recreate all creatures from the book.
