Way to count race builder race as another race

My GM is letting us take any race and bring it up to 20 points by the Race Builder (I built aasimar in the race builder and brought it up to 20, not the editor).

For me I've chosen aasimar, Is there a way to get the FCB for aasimars to show up without having to recreate it in the editor?

I know about subtypes, but they don't include the Featured and uncommon races.
 
In short, no. You'll need to use the editor, though you need not necessarily build it as a race. You could create an adjustment which bootstraps the FCBs and applies the appropriate Race tags to have them shown and add that instead.
