WARMACHINE Not SUpported?

thisuser

New member
I just bought AB because it supported warmachine

I like having one PDF to look at during a game but I noticed the stats seem wrong

is anyone supporting warmachine anymore?

HOw hard is it to get pcoleman not listed with Reach as an ability?

anyway, let me know what I can do to help fix this.

Thanks all

Well, last time TheButcher was around was July, it looks. As for difficulty, I'm a Hero Lab man, myself, but I suspect it would not be difficult to look up the record in the editor and change that one ability.

So how would I remove "Reach" listed under Quicksilver sword item in Commander colmeman stryker, how would I go about doing this?

Got it. Go to the Items tab of Cygnar.dat and access "cyquic". Click the Overrides button and double-click on the description in the table. Clip off ", {i}Reach{/i}" from the description and save the file. Next time you load up the Cygnar file, you'll find that Reach is no longer referenced for Quicksilver.

My lack of experience with the tool is showing... it took me 2 days to realize there was more text in that table. :o

Any other requests?

In reference to Warmachine support - after contacting Lone Wolf Development Support who were both responsive & informative, providing excellent customer service.

Lone Wolf do not develop data sets themselves (licensing agreements with the gaming manufacturers). It takes us, the gaming community to develop the data sets, snd unfortunately, the Warmachine developer appears to have vanished from the face of the earth.
We should see a posting soon from Lone Wolf, requesting a volunteer(S) to tak up the mantle.

For the gaming manufacturer's out there - I understand wanting to protect your IP, but since you do not provide software to aid in the building of army lists, would a liscense to provide a value added service to your games be out of the question?
