After installing the Community Bestiary patch from d20PFSRD (at http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?p=114057#post114057), I am getting errors now when I launch Pathfinder. Also, I do not see where or how to create a War Master Character.

War Master errors

War master is not in the CB its in the SGG as its a Super Genies Games class. Also you installed both the CB and CPP together which it says in bright red letters to NOT do on the installer. 
So my advice is to remove the CB and CPP and install the SGG package if all you want is the war master. The first post at the very end goes over how to remove a package. That same post gives a link to each package which covers what is in each community package.
All the packages work together except the Player Pack and the Community Bestiary. This is because the stuff in the Player Pack is already in the Community Bestiary. If you are a DM and plan to run games you install the Community Bestiary. If you are a player playing in a game you install the Player Pack. If you are going to do both then install the Community Bestiary as everything in the player pack is in the Community Bestiary.
The first time it takes a bit of reading to get familiar with all the packages and stuff we provide.

Two other things to know about HL. First once you get a error when loading Pathfinder HL goes into safe mode. This prevents any .user files from loading. A .user file is what the community creates and distributes packages in.
Also if you have an error on a window like above you can "right" click the mouse and copy the message. Then you can past it into a post. That is often easier then doing the screen shot.

Ok, so I removed all the updates. Cleared them all out. This removed all the errors. Then, I just loaded the SGG Package. Relaunched the game. Then I click Pathfinder to load up. Still no errors. It dumps me straight into the Character Creation screen as per normal. I create a level one character, and click on Classes, where I assume I would expect to find War Master? No dice, no War Master there. Am I doing something wrong?

If you only have the CB or the CPP loaded, just ignore that part of his response. The important part is that you need to install the SGG package.

I can tell by the error message posted in the first post that he installed both. That is why I said what I said.
The Warmaster is one of the very first SGG things I ever did. It should be 100% coded. The only thing that can't be done was the part about increasing Master Work equipment. Their is not tag to identify a "master work" piece of equipment including armor and weapons.
That was in response to Asandir, and not bgenzoli. I should have @ that. Sorry for the confusion.
