Wanting to build a Unisystem file

Hey all.

I just got the authoring kit and I want to build a file for Cinematic Unisystem characters.

I think I must be missing something important. I went to the Wiki and read through it and I get what it is trying to say but I guess the part I missing out on is where to begin to build the files?

The sample file given is a decent enough place to start, but say how do I rename the Abilities to fit what Unisystem does?
