Want to change basic stats - how to do

I'm creating a new game system mostly based on d20, but I'd like to change some of the basic abilities, like replace Wisdom and Charisma. I can't find where to do this in the editor. Which file should I look in? Or am I looking in the wrong place entirely?
 
I'm afraid new game systems are something you'll need to create using the authoring kit. The Authoring Kit documentation can be accessed through the help menu in the editor - "View Authoring Kit Wiki"
