W40K Warlock Force Rod and War Gear

Hi, I looked through the posts here. But I couldn't find answers to
these 2 questions using Army Builder.

1) I have some warlocks that according to the description of them on
the Games Workshop site (UK version) have Force Rods. In Army Builder
using v3.32 data files for W40K, I can't choose a force rod. How do I
get a force rod for my warlock? I'm assuming here that the force rod
acts as a power weapon (no armour saves...).

2) In one of the FAQs in the Games Workshop site for Eldar it says
that a warlock can be given wargear (it also says this in the Eldar
codex). But using Army Builder, the warlocks are not allowed any war
gear, only Warlock Powers. Only Ulthwe are allowed war gear and then
only Runes of Witnessing. Is this correct?

There is no Force Rod any more, only Witchblades and Singing Spears. Which
the rules for are in the main book and the Eldar Codex.

"The Codex says A Farseer or Walock maybe be given up to two weapons from
the list below, In addition a Farseer may be given any items fro the wargear
list" on page 5

No where does it say you allow to give Warlocks Wargear.

Force Rods are a weapon available in 2nd Edition.. they are called Singing
Spears in 3rd edition

Warlocks can have 1 Warlock Power and weapons (witchblade or singing spear
and shuriken pistol or close combat weapon)
the other wargear you are talking about is only for Farseers

I guess I'm going to need to get some Witch Blades...

What confused me about Warlocks and war gear was the FAQ for Eldar
Codex on GW's site has one question that says a Warlock can use the
power AUgment and the Runes of Witnessing. As I dove a little deeper
I discovered that these are only usable by the Ulthwe (which I'm not
playing...).

Ulthwe Warlocks, like other Warlocks, cant use RoW.

Ulthwe Seer Council entry reads "Any Farseer or Warlock may be given any
equipment allowed from the Craftworld Eldar Armoury except that Farseers may
not be mounted on jetbikes...".

As for allowed equipment, Armoury says "A Farseer or Warlock may be given up
to two weapons from the list below." (It then goes on to say what extra
items a Farseer can take.

Thats it. Allowable equipment is up to 2 weapons. Nothing more.
