This morning I have received two emails, ostensibly from Microsoft,
containing "the latest version of security update, the "September 2003,
Cumulative Patch" update which fixes all known security vulnerabilities
affecting MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express."

I was suspicious when the first came, when the second came with a slight
variation, my suspicions were confirmed.
