Version 8.8 of the Pathfinder files for Hero Lab is now available

Am I doing something wrong with the Dirty Fighter Trait. The release notes for 8.8 imply that it is fixed, but if I select the Flanking Condition on the character with the Trait, it does not seem to do anything to the character's melee damage.

I've tried it with a weapon equipped, and I've tried deleting and re-adding the Trait.

Is there some box I'm not checking?

You're not doing anything wrong, it's my fault for fixing it in the wrong way. What I did was apply a situational to the damage helper, forgetting that we don't actually show damage situationals at the moment. The fellow who submitted the bug already contacted me about the snafu, and I have re-fixed it for the next release to just add a flat bonus when you activate flanking.

Hope that clears things up.

I hope this is the right location for this.
I have 2 problems with the latest version of Hero lab for pathfinder:

1: when selling/removing customized made magical weapons or armors the sell price is calculated on the basis of the mundane item, not of the enchanted item.
i.e If I am selling a +1 darkwood longbow for a str 16 character, the system set the value at 730, not 2,730

2: the last version of the standard charcter sheet has removed the number of spell slots available from the spellcaster that memorize spells. Previsiously my character sheet had this row:
Maximum Magus (Bladebound) spells per day: 5/*x0; 6x1; 5x2; 3x3
now it has been removed.
While it is easy to recalculate it when needed, it is a minor annoyance to do that while playing.

It could be but if these are bugs which they sound like they are... then report them here :)
