Pretty sure you just haven't updated in a while. That's the update that's been around since March.

I just bought Hero Lab and the SR packs a little over a week ago and have been using the Run Faster stuff, pretty sure that shouldn't be the case. I don't know though, since it's still wanting me to update the files. Maybe it's being twitchy.
