Vampire Counts: Vampire Coast

I just downloaded the latest update and noticed a couple flaws in the Vampire Coast list.

The Vampire Fleet Captains have the option to buy magic items, but the max points they can spend is 0. If you make them a Battle Standard bearer they get 50 points to spend, but no magic weapons get listed (nothing in the list I've seen says they shouldn't be able to) and they are able to buy Bloody Bill's Buckler (which they shouldn't be able to do since it's a shield).

Just a couple of things I saw.
